How Do I Collect Reward Points?

After the single shopping discount and reward points are redeemed, you can enjoy 1~3% reward points for every target amount you spend. Reward points will be automatically added to your membership account by the system20 days after the ordered products are delivered. When occasional reward point promotions are offered, reward points will be added to your membership account in accordance with the terms and conditions of that promotional event.

How Do I Redeem My Reward Points?

You can redeem each reward point for a NT$1 cash discount for every NT$1,000 you spend in a single order. Enter your reward points so that you can redeem them for cash discounts with no limitations.

Where Can I Make a Purchase to Collect My Reward Points?

You can collect and redeem reward points with every purchase you make on our official website, at our physical outlets, or through our Online APP.

Validity Periods and Notices

If an item is returned after the reward points are redeemed for a cash discount, the reward points will not be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
If an order is cancelled after the reward points are redeemed for a cash discount, the reward points will be automatically returned, but the validity period will not be extended.
Since redeeming reward points for a cash discount is a special offer for our members, they cannot be exchanged for cash.
The validity period for redeeming reward points collected from your purchases is one year, while the validity period for redeeming reward points collected from your birthday gift is one month. Other kinds of reward points are subject to the validity period specified in the terms and conditions of that promotion. Reward points that have expired will be automatically deleted from your membership account by the system.

As a VIP member, social media editor Q’s birthday is in March. On January 2, social media editor Q spent NT$3,000 on our official website and received a 2% reward of 60 reward points (NTD)
On February 15 of that year, social media editor Q spent another NT$3,000. Shortly afterward, he was upgraded to our SVIP status and received a 3% reward of 90 reward points (NTD)

Social media editor Q’s birthday is in March. As a SVIP member, on March 1st, he received a birthday gift of 300 reward points.

On March 15th, social media editor Q made another purchase worth NT$1,000. After redeeming his reward points for a cash discount (60 points + 90 points + 300 points = 450 points), he only had to pay NT$550.

As a general member, social media editor S spent NT$899 in a single order that exempted him from the product delivery fee. However, since he spent less than NT$1,000, he did not yet qualify to earn 1% reward points. Therefore, after choosing some additional products, he spent NT$1,199 in a single order and received 12 reward points.

After receiving his reward points, social media editor S spent NT$499 on a purchase made through the online APP. However, since the purchase amount was less than NT$1,000, he did not qualify to redeem his reward points. Therefore, after choosing some additional products, he spent NT$1,088 in a single order and was able to use his 12 reward points. In the end, his bill was only NT$1,076.
