- How do I get upgraded to VIP/SVIP status?

【VIP】
If you spend NT$4,000 or more in a single order or a total of NT$8,000 or more within one year on the same account, you will be upgraded to VIP membership for one year. If you spend at least NT$4,000 within the VIP validity period, your VIP membership will automatically be renewed for another year.
【SVIP】
A Full Member can be upgraded to SVIP for one year after spending NT$8,000 in a single order.
A VIP member can be upgraded to SVIP after cumulatively spending NT$8,000 or more within one year under the same account.
An SVIP member can have the validity period extended for another year after cumulatively spending NT$8,000 or more within one year.

- Place an order above NT$1,000 can use bonus for one-time discount.
- The first purchase gift bonus will be automatically added to your member account 20 days after shipment, and it must be used up within 30 days.
- The first purchase gift bonus is exclusive to VIP/SVIP members and cannot be transferred to other users. It can be used either the official website or Taiwan brick-and-mortar stores.

- Birthday Gift Notes

- A member must successfully obtain our VIP/SVIP membership prior to the 25th day on the month before his/her birthday to receive the birthday gift on the 1st day of the month of his/her birthday.
(For example: Before Mrs. Chen’s birthday on March 11th, she successfully obtained VIP/SVIP membership prior to February 25th, so she is eligible to receive a birthday gift on March 1st.)
- The birthday gift can only be used in the month of the member’s birthday and the following month.
- Redeem your reward points for every NT$500 you spend in a single order.
- The birthday gift is exclusively for our VIP/SVIP members and cannot be transferred to other users. It can only be used on our official website or any of our outlets in Taiwan.
- The birthday gift cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to exact change. Furthermore, the gift will not be returned if a product purchased with the birthday gift is returned.
- When applying for a membership, make sure to correctly fill out your date of birth to ensure fairness for our VIP/SVIP members in receiving their birthday gift.
